The three questions that come up most

“Why isn’t this job on the invoice?”

Almost always one of: no price on the service, no job attached to the booking, or a billing rule switching that charge off. The Action Centre finds the first two; Billing rules explains the third.

“Why isn’t this site generating collections?”

Walk the chain: is the customer active, the site active, the service active, and is either the customer or the site on service stop? All four show together in the Master List Status columns.

“The month’s numbers look too low.”

Check the subcontractor invoices went in. Until a supplier’s bill is committed, none of that work exists in WastePro — so it’s missing from your invoicing and your reports. See Subcontractor invoices.

Next: A month in WastePro puts most of these tasks into the order they actually happen in.
