Logging in
WastePro runs in your web browser, so there’s nothing to install. You just need your sign-in details and a link to your login page.
Signing in
Go to the login page
Open WastePro in your browser. You’ll land on the login screen.
Enter your email and password
WastePro signs you in with your work email address and a password. Type them in and select Sign in.
You arrive at your Dashboard
Once you’re in, WastePro opens your Dashboard — your home screen. If you’d clicked a link that needed you to sign in first, you’ll be taken straight to that page instead.
WastePro uses email and password to sign in. There’s no “sign in with Google” or one-time code — just your email and the password you set up.
Getting an account
Accounts aren’t switched on automatically. There are two ways yours gets created:
- Someone at your company invites you. If your business already uses WastePro, an administrator adds you and you receive an email invitation. Opening that link lets you set your own password, and you’re in.
- You sign up your business. From the login page you can choose “New here? Sign up for free” and register your business (your name, work email, a password, and your business details). This creates your account and sends you a verification email.
When you sign up a brand-new business, your account isn’t live immediately. The WastePro team reviews and activates new organisations first, so you may see a “We’re reviewing your organisation” holding screen until that’s done. This is normal — it’s a quick check, not a problem with your details.
Setting or resetting your password
You set your password the first time by opening the link in your invitation (or verification) email and choosing one.
If you’ve forgotten your password, get in touch with your WastePro administrator or your WastePro contact — they can send you an email link to set a new one. When you open that link, you’ll be asked to choose a fresh password and then dropped back at your Dashboard.
Drivers sign in separately
If you’re a driver, you don’t use this login. The main login page has a separate “Driver? Sign in here” link that takes you to the driver app, which is built for use out on the road. The rest of this guide covers the main office app.
